Colleen Nabhan is a licensed General Contractor and has over 29 years of demonstrated experience in Team Leadership, General Management, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Marketing and Finance, including 18 years of Residential/Commercial Construction, Material Testing, and Engineering staff management.
Charlie Nabhan, PE, Principal Engineer
Charlie T. Nabhan, P.E., Principal Engineer has over 30 years of experience providing geotechnical and construction material testing services. He directs and coordinates the activities of the Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Materials Services departments. Mr. Nabhan is experienced with lateral pressure evaluations, soils stability analysis, shallow and deep foundation design and analysis, evaluation of liquefaction potential, and the field implementation and data analysis of Marchetti Dilatometer insitu testing (DMT) for settlement analysis, pavement design using AASHTO & VDOT methods. Mr. Nabhan is proficient in using software programs such as LPile plus 5.0, GRL Weap 2010, STABL Version 3.0 gINT V8i, Blastware, Geosystems and PDA testing equipment.
