The ETS Team includes Licensed Professional Engineers, Structural Steel Inspectors, Geologists, ACI and VDOT certified Technicians, Laboratory Technicians, licensed General Contractors and office personnel poised to serve the community and armed with resources , knowledge and professionalism un-matched in the local marketplace.

The ETS Technical team is led by Charlie T. Nabhan, P.E., Principal Engineer. Mr. Nabhan is a registered Professional Engineer in the Commonwealth of Virginia (#25133) and North Carolina (#20465) and a Graduate of West Virginia University School of Engineering. He has over twenty-two (22) years of engineering experience and over twenty (20) years of experience in providing geotechnical and construction material testing services here in Hampton Roads including the technical and managerial aspects of projects including;

• Geotechnical and material testing engineering for commercial, government and transportation projects that entailed design and analysis of shallow and deep foundation systems for various size buildings, bridges, tanks, and earth retaining structures.
• Design and slope stability analysis, slide repair and earthwork design using geotextile fabric and geogrid material
• Quality Control experience including field and laboratory testing of soil and concrete, subgrade and foundation soil inspection, and monitoring of test pile installation and load testing .
